His career in the music industry began right after graduating high school, at Winnipeg's Private Ear Studios, where he worked as an assistant engineer.  In 2010, Scott moved to Vancouver where he studied Advanced Music Production and Music Business at the Nimbus School of Recording Arts, graduating with honours.  After interning for local music guru's GGGarth Richardson and Chin Injeti, and assisting on albums by Canadian artists Hedley, Half Moon Run, and Ninjaspy, he went on to work at Vancouver's famous Armoury Studios.

After relocating to Los Angeles, Scott worked for hip hop producer DJ Khalil as his assistant, working on songs by Aloe Blacc and Eminem.  Now, working out of The Village Recorder in Santa Monica, he is ready to work with the best up and coming artists.
